This website is operated by DJF IT Cyberworks Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

References in these terms to "DJF IT", "we", "us" or "our" mean DJF IT Cyberworks Ltd.

02 // Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to obtain information about our services, contact us, submit project enquiries or access systems and functionality that we make available.

You must not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, interfere with or compromise the website, its infrastructure, its security or the experience of other users.

Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems, source code, administrative areas, APIs, servers, databases or other protected resources are prohibited.

DJF IT provides digital and technology services which may include:

• Bespoke web applications and business systems.
• AI assistants and business automation.
• API and third-party service integrations.
• Quote, booking, payment and workflow systems.
• Technical support, maintenance and hosting-related services where agreed.
• Business and project documentation.

The exact scope of each project will normally be defined in a quotation, proposal, scope of work, specification, email agreement or other written project documentation.

04 // Quotations & Project Scope

Quotations and proposals are based on the information available to us at the time they are prepared.

Any functionality, design work, integrations, revisions or additional services outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation.

Where a signed agreement, quotation, statement of work or other project-specific document conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the project-specific document will take priority for that project.

05 // Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably required for delivery of the project.

This may include text, images, branding materials, product information, technical credentials, third-party account access, approvals and other project resources.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to DJF IT can legally be used for the intended project and do not infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights.

06 // Fees & Payment

Project fees, deposits, milestones and payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused where an invoice or agreed payment becomes overdue.

Final deployment, transfer of deliverables or release of production files may be conditional on receipt of all amounts due for the relevant work.

07 // Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions included within the agreed project scope will be handled in accordance with the applicable quotation or project agreement.

Significant changes in requirements, functionality, design direction or third-party integrations after a project has started may affect cost and delivery timescales.

08 // Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms and services including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, email services, artificial intelligence providers, APIs, WordPress, plugins, cloud infrastructure and other external systems.

These services operate under their own terms, availability policies, pricing and technical limitations.

DJF IT is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, price increases or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

09 // AI & Automated Systems

Some services may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated decision-support tools or third-party AI services.

AI-generated or automated output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Clients remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them for commercial, financial, legal, medical, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, AI systems supplied by DJF IT are intended to assist human workflows rather than replace professional judgement.

10 // Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of content, branding, photographs, data and other materials they provide to us, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of bespoke final project deliverables created specifically for a client will transfer to the client once all amounts due for those deliverables have been paid in full.

DJF IT retains ownership of pre-existing code, reusable components, development techniques, frameworks, internal tools, libraries, automation methods and general technical know-how used in the course of delivering a project.

11 // Portfolio & Project References

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, DJF IT may identify completed work as part of its professional portfolio and may display publicly available screenshots, project names or links for the purpose of demonstrating previous work.

Confidential client information, credentials and non-public business data will not be intentionally published as portfolio material.

12 // Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures when designing and maintaining digital systems.

However, no website, server, network, API or online system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from vulnerabilities, malicious activity, infrastructure failures or third-party attacks.

Clients must protect credentials supplied to them and notify us promptly if they become aware of suspected unauthorised access relating to systems that we support.

13 // Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

Information about optional analytics cookies and similar technologies is provided through our cookie consent system and Cookie Policy.

Where a project requires DJF IT to process personal data on behalf of a client, additional data-processing arrangements may apply where required.

14 // Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide reliable systems and services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, external service failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access to a website or system.

15 // Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, DJF IT will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of this website or from matters outside our reasonable control.

Project-specific liability arrangements may also be set out in the applicable quotation, contract or statement of work.

16 // Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation and termination arrangements for paid work will depend on the nature and stage of the project and any project-specific agreement.

Where work has already been completed, committed or purchased on behalf of a client, payment may remain due for that work or cost.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to a customer under applicable law.

We take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Service descriptions, examples and portfolio material do not constitute a binding quotation unless expressly stated otherwise.
